@TAB   shouldnt feel guilty.  when i was at a psychiatric private hospital the doctors and nurses missed the fact i had sepsis, pneumonia, uti and lymphodema ... the best care i had was at a public hospital that literally saved my life.  my mother refuses to go back to hospital after she had a nervous breakdown from lack of care by nurses in a private hospital.  she is 89 and was in tears because of lack of care.

slept okay, but stuffed after drive (am home) cat has escaped out window, so it worked that out, lol I had shut it in the house w a/c on 

had quick nap before , feel over tired.

going to shop shortly then try sleep again 46 today, like 30deg 7am

not going out again today
