Dear @Glisten 

When my oldest son was in his 20s, he  doing his philosophy degree he ended up in a locked ward for a little while - but.... He wrote I believe 2 pretty awesome assignments on reflecting philosophy in Monty Python. 

Anyways that was a long time ago. ..... 

Thanks to your guidance on My ex husband - was a little while ago - haven't forgotten you advising on self care - iv blocked him lately. I. Never done that before.

@PeppyPatti thankyou. I wish I was 24 😂. But yes I had to call an ambulance. I'm back home now and have a hard road ahead. I'm just taking things day by day at the moment.

@Glisten I'm ok. Not good but ok. Day by day it is right now until I know more of what's to come.
