This is awful. I don't know if you need or want ideas what to say to the bank. It's so overwhelming what your dealing with.

My ex husband rang the bank when he got $350.00 taken out of his account. They offered him half the money. 

He told them back that they made a profit of over 5 million in the last 6 months so they can pay him back the whole amount. 

They did.
