Yeah I was neg like 2-3 days later @Meowmy  still had to be careful what said to people who were ringing me .

they weren't going to say ok to stop iso if felt off still

plus they claim 1st day doesn't count so really 8 days lol 

i had already gone to supermarket before they said was ok but I knew I was negative
