Help is not coming

This is my daily fight, the courage to finally reach out to only be left waiting really just helps you give up and validate that help is not coming. I honestly don't know what I haven't tried yet and literally feel really at peace that everything has been tried. I have no cares left.

I'm in the same boat. And with chronic fatigue, just finding the energy to attend an appointment is a HUGE thing, but the stress of being on a waiting list and referrals, when I need the help now. My case is complex MH want me to get my physical stuff treated, and the medical system wants my MH treated - but I'm having gut issues with all the meds - but not coping without them.

I need to be rescued, but I'm the only rescuer available

Yeah good haha it's taken a few weeks but I think I'm finally detaching from last year and and all the loss and pain and just finding solitude till help comes, all I can really

Are you actively pursuing your NDIS access? @Former-Member My heart pains to see you 'left behind' and without these services. (No need to respond if you don't feel up to it).

@Former-Member i feel your pain. The crisis lines seem to be so busy at the moment. I just waited over an hour to talk to someone to try to get help but I gave up. Always here for you if you need it want to chat.

I have my last asd comprehensive assessment tomorrow to finalise everything to advocate for so I'm hopeful after tomorrow there's a clear path forward again not getting too hyped cos life but yeah.

I Haven't been listening to music cos it's my religion and o withdraw when I'm trying to not feel to big but then my friend sent me this song and I was like no!! Haha

@Former-Member i hope everything goes well for you tomorrow. I know what it's like to not want to get hyped cos it always feels like something bad is just around the corner. But I truly hope everything starts falling into place for you and you get a much needed break and the help you deserve.
