Re: not coping

Yippee @outlander and hopefully the start of more good news for you.

Re: not coping

@outlander happy to hear about the progress. Wishing you all the best for your health 💖🫂

Re: not coping

Awww @outlander ! It must be such a relief for you! I hope it goes well.

Is this the one you need to travel interstate for and then have extensive time to recover?

Hope you have the supports you need in place.

I'm missing you on the forums. At the same time, good on you for looking after yourself.

Re: not coping

@tyme
Yeah this is the interstate treatment, stay for about a week then more recovery time.
I don’t have many supports in place but I have a lift there and back. I can’t afford any more then that so not other choice really then to ride it out myself

Re: not coping

Is anyone around to talk to?

Re: not coping

Sorry I missed this last night @outlander  as I was still awake.

I hope you’re ok my friend 💙

Re: not coping

Sorry I missed you last night @outlander

Love you hon 💗💗

Re: not coping

thank you @Snowie @Eve7

im just stressed and anxious over the procedure i have coming up in a few days. its quite invasive in the location they are going so its quite awkward. at least ill be asleep for it as a bonus.

there just seems to be alot going on atm. have to try and sort out some stuff for housing so i can try and avoid homelessness across the next few months.

Re: not coping

So good to hear from you @outlander

No doubt you are stressed and anxious. Any procedure is big, especially if they have to put you to sleep. I really hope that it does help you.

Is this the procedure where you have got someone driving to and from for you?

If you need to unload on everything that is happening, we are here for you hon.

I really hope that you get the housing situation worked out as quickly as possible. One less stress to deal with.

Re: not coping

i have 3 different ones coming up @Snowie

i have a minor but invasive one in a few days that require driving to and from cause of the anaesthetic, then my big treatment week where its interstate and then longer recover then a major surgery a few weeks before christmas which then requires 2-4 weeks off work and minimal ability to do to much
