There are many things that matter to us in this world, and the loss of something can absolutely shatter us from within. Grieving is a deeply personal and unique process, and there’s no one solution to deal with it. However, we need to deal with such hard feelings of grief and loss with some strategies and approaches that can help us navigate grief healthily and constructively. It is essential to acknowledge it without suppressing emotions, give ourselves time and space, seek support when needed, practice self-compassion, take breaks, engage in self-care activities, establish routines as grief can disrupt daily life, allow ourselves to be happy, and stay away from practices that can exacerbate the pain.

Hey @heera72, thank you for sharing your thoughts with the community!
It's very true that people handle grief in their own way and when they are ready. My father recently passed away, and my family is handling their grief differently. I have shelved mine and am not in a place to think too much about it until I am ready. Which could be problematic in its own way my psychologist told me.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with the Forums!
Take care
