Opening a conversation with our inner child...

Dear all,

I found this today on the internet, I thought some of you might find it helpful. It certainly helped me to engage with my own inner child more deeply... and I had a good cry, something she was not allowed much.

Although this is written from a context of surviving childhood sexual abuse (CSA), it is not explicit and it deals with some of the childhood r00ts of PTSD for some of us. I thought people like @Rick @kenny66 @Jake might find it helpful, and I'm quite brain dead at the moment so I can't think who else. Sorry!
